Cache & Cookies
There are countless reasons to want to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
The most common though is because the browser, in this case Chrome, has started acting fickle with websites that usually work.
Clearing the cache and cookies lets you rule out certain things as the cause of trouble and forces Chrome to take a fresh look at a webpage.
It’s a little like shaking the cobweb’s out of a browser’s head!
Fortunately, it’s really easy to clear the cache and cookies in chrome!
How To Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies in Chrome
Step 1: Click on the settings icon (looks like stacked books) in your upper right hand corner. Then Select Tools… and then in the pop-out menu, select “Clear Browsing Data…”
Step 2: Now, in the drop-down select a date range (I prefer “beginning of time” if I’m troubleshooting problems) and put a check mark next to both delete cookies and empty cache.
Step 3: Click Clear browsing data. And you’re done!
It’s as easy as that to clear your browsing data, deleting cookies and emptying the cache on the Chrome browser!

PS: If this does not sort things out, and you suspect it is a browser problem rather than trouble with the website, the next thing to check would be to disable your Chrome extensions temporarily and recheck the site.
