Move Over Google, Facebook Wants Your Spot!
With more and more people being so fully immersed in the Facebook experience….
… and checking Facebook before anything else online.
In fact, as many as one-third of women aged 18-34 check Facebook when they first wake up, even before they get to the bathroom (Source: Mashable)
Facebook would like to suggest that you kick Google to the curb and let them be your new browser home page!
Below is a notice menu some visitors are beginning to be greeted with.
For many, the browser home page has been Google for a long time and this presents an interesting conundrum.
There should be no harm in doing this, as long as that is your intent.
Remember in most households a browser is used by multiple people of the same household without changing accounts, so you affect everyone.
