Cache & Cookies
There are countless reasons to want to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
The most common though is because the browser, in this case Firefox, has started acting fickle with websites that usually work.
Clearing the cache and cookies lets you rule out certain things as the cause of trouble and forces Firefox to take a fresh look at a webpage.
It’s a little like shaking the cobweb’s out of a browser’s head!
Fortunately, it’s really easy to clear the cache and cookies in chrome!
How To Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies in Firefox
Step 1: Click on the Firefox logo in the upper left of your browser. Then select “Options”. Then, in the pop-out menu, select “Options” (again).
Step 2: Now, in the Options menu, move to the tab labeled “Privacy”. Once you are in the Privacy tab, click the little blue link that says “clear your recent history”.
Step 2: Now, in the drop-down select a date range (I prefer “everything” if I’m troubleshooting problems) and put a check mark next to both cookies and cache.
Step 3: Click Clear Now. And you’re done!
It’s as easy as that to clear your browsing data, deleting cookies and emptying the cache on the Firefox browser!

PS: If this does not sort things out, and you suspect it is a browser problem rather than trouble with the website, the next thing to check would be to disable your Firefox add-ons temporarily and recheck the site.
