Google Reader Closing?
Next week will spell DOOOOOOOM ™ for the traffic of many sites that are not paying attention to this upcoming Google change!
With Google Reader closing, sites that have not paid attention to educating their readers, may find the traffic drop surprisingly painful.
This is especially true in non-tech niches (audience unlikely to know they need to migrate) and in older blogs (where more readers are RSS familiar).

You do not have to decide today which newsreader you are “marrying”.
However you DO have to get your data out of Google Reader.
Whether you choose to do that with a Google Reader backup or through the simpler method of letting Feedly import it, it MUST be done before July 1st arrives.
And… You must be sure your audience does the same!
