Iframe Headaches – I’ve been sidelined by all of the iframe changes trying to find methods to make them straightforward and easy for you to include with my Facebook for Business course.
Currently the best overall solution remains paid, with FanPageEngine.
However, for those with existing standard static fbml tabs, or those that know how to make basic html that would work in such tabs, a reader of mine has presented a solution I’ll likely be showcasing soon.
Facebook has a hiccup with iframes that’s problematic at the moment but I’m pretty confident he can solve it and if so, your iframe headaches basically disappear. Stay tuned for more info!

Facebook HTTPS Security
Be sure you go to Account -> Account Settings -> Account Security (change) and enable https.
However, this still does not protect the connection at logon and still is not sufficient unless run with the HTTPSEverywhere Firefox plugin to prevent sidejacking exploits.
This is always important but especially so if you ever surf the web at coffee shots, resturaunts, hotels etc with open wifi points. (Cable can be afflicted as well.)
Use it anyways but remember its an incomplete answer.
(Chrome has not got an acceptable workaround solution available at this time.)
I invite you to connect with me throughout social media! Lets get to know each other!
