Instagram Likes Doesn’t Have
To Equal Facebook Likes
As you start to spend more time on Instagram this week, courtesy of the new Instagram video tools, you may discover that Instagram defaults to sharing your likes to Facebook. (That assumes you’ve connected the two of course.)
Fortunately, it’s pretty easy to sort this out.
How To Not Share Instagram Likes To Facebook
In the bottom menu of Instagram, go to the right-most item which looks like a contact card. That’s your profile.
Now in the upper right hand corner you will see 3 dots. That represents your settings options.
In options, go under the “account” section and click on “Sharing Settings”.
Then click on Facebook.
Then, remove the check mark that is next to “Share to Timeline: Likes”.
Alternatively, put the check mark in this box if you want to resume sharing your Instagram likes to your Facebook account!
