Sophos security team takes a closer look at the hacking of Zendesk yesterday.
This did not affect all Zendesk users but did affect at least some. After doing some reading I’m not actually as concerned about this one as I first was.
Although, if you have used Zendesk to leave a ticket, request a feature, etc with Pinterest/Twitter/Tumblr, you could be affected. Check your email inbox for an email from Zendesk giving you further instructions if you are affected.
PS: Those using my Zendesk support account were unaffected.
